This course will give you all the tools needed to offer well informed Hatha Yoga Class at the beginner and intermediate level.  Upon completion of the course you will have a profound understanding of Classical Hatha Yoga and how to teach it safely to a variety of populations.  This course offers in-depth Western Anatomy as well as Ayurvedic mind body principles to help guide you and your future students.
