This course is great for those relatively new to yoga, anyone with chronic injuries or are those adapting their yoga practice in their later years to a more gentle, restorative approach. Additionally, this is a perfect course for new moms during post-partum recovery. 

In this program, you will have access to four core videos covering all the details of our gentle yoga routines. These same classes are offered again in simplified video format (less words, more quiet for your practice), and in a downloadable audio format (so that you can practice anywhere, anytime).

In addition to the follow-along yoga routines, you will get an introduction to the foundational breathing practices of a gentle yoga practice, and a short lesson on the value and history of gentle yoga in the east and west.
